Welcome to Tòrr Photography. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and purchase of fine-art prints. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

Tòrr Photography operates this website as an online fine-art photography gallery and print store.

2. Agreement to Terms & Site Access

By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the site.

3. Sales, Delivery & Fine-Art Print Policies

  • Made-to-Order Custom Production: All fine-art prints are produced on demand upon order placement. We do not maintain mass physical inventory, ensuring each print is custom crafted using premium archival materials (such as museum-grade Hahnemühle papers and pigment-based inks).

  • Fulfillment Partner: Printing, hand-packaging, and dispatch are fulfilled by our production partner, creativehub (The Print Space).

  • Production & Shipping Timelines: Print production typically takes: Standard prints, UK/EU customer: ~7–15 working days end-to-end. Bespoke framed, Rest of World customer: ~15–25 working days end-to-end. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Tòrr Photography is not responsible for postal or carrier delays.

  • Customs & Import Duties: For orders shipped internationally (outside the UK), customers are solely responsible for any customs clearance fees, import duties, or local VAT/taxes levied by the destination country.

  • Returns & Refunds: Because all artwork is custom printed upon purchase, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

  • Damaged or Misprinted Goods: If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damaged print and outer packaging. Once verified, a replacement print will be produced and dispatched free of charge.

4. Accepted Payment Methods

All prices listed on the site are in British Pounds Sterling (£ GBP). Orders are processed securely through payment gateways integrated with Squarespace.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Major Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay

  • PayPal

Full payment must be cleared prior to artwork entering production.

5. Intellectual Property & Commercial Usage Restrictions

  • Copyright Ownership: All content on this website—including fine-art photographs, website copy, logos, branding elements, and visual media—is the exclusive intellectual property of Tòrr Photography and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.

  • Non-Commercial Personal Display: Purchasing a physical print grants you a non-exclusive right to display the physical artwork for personal, non-commercial use only.

  • Prohibited Commercial Use: Purchasing a print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. You may not scan, digitise, reproduce, resell, modify, or use any artwork or website content for commercial purposes (including advertising, digital downloads, or editorial distribution) without a explicit written commercial licensing agreement signed by Tòrr Photography.

6. Public Comments, Community Rules & DMCA / Copyright Reporting

  • Public Comments & User Content: If public commenting is enabled on blog posts or store items, users must remain respectful. Spam, abusive language, or unauthorised promotional links are strictly prohibited.

  • Copyright Infringement in Comments: Users are forbidden from uploading or posting content that infringes upon the intellectual property or copyright of any third party. We reserve the right to remove non-compliant comments immediately.

  • Protected Member Assets: Visitors may not share, re-distribute, or hotlink to protected or member-only site assets, including high-resolution image files and video streams.

  • Reporting Copyright Infringement: If you believe any content on this site infringes upon your copyright, please submit a notice to our contact email including:

    1. A description of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.

    2. The exact URL or location of the alleged infringing material on our site.
