As a qualified Mountain Leader, my practice is rooted in a thorough understanding of the terrain—from the high, weathered ridges of the Highlands to the quiet depths of ancient native woodlands, rolling countryside, and dramatic, windswept coastlines.

Navigating these wild places on foot allows me to experience the environment at its natural pace. I seek out moments where light, weather, and land converge, capturing the distinct atmosphere of Scotland's ever-changing microclimates. Whether documenting the sanctuary of a quiet glen, the light breaking across a coastal scene, or the isolation of a lonely summit, my goal is to translate the raw spirit and scale of the land into contemplative, fine-art imagery.
